Standard Hours
Our standard hours of operation are weekdays and weekends (7 days a week) from 9am to 4pm.
Cremation is ALWAYS completed the same day but based upon what time cremation starts, the ashes/cremains may not be ready until the next day during our standard 9-4pm hours.We're constructing a new caring facility in Saint Paul and sadly can't accept new pet families during construction and remodeling of our Minneapolis facility. Re-Opening Spring 2023.
After Hours
We can and do provide services 24/7. Appointments / house calls outside the standard hours (listed above) incur an additional fee of $95 + transportation fees if applicable. 99% of the time, if your pet has passed, it's perfectly safe to wait until we open in the morning. See our FAQ for more info.
COVID-19 Protocol
Due to COVID-19, appointments (drop off, pick up) are required to guarantee the safety of our clients and ourselves.Masks are NOT required when visiting Caring Paws. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please inform us prior to arrival. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.
